An Act To: Boo Human Trafficking
Section 1: Purpose – The purpose of this Bill is to lower the affects and the amount of Human
Trafficking
Section 2: Provisions – How we would like to combat human trafficking is by increasing police
efforts for missing persons reports or make a specialize police force to focus on combating
kidnappings and Human Tracking rings. Also, we would like to increase the security for people
coming from other countries to the US to mitigate the effects of human tracking.
Section 3: Penalty – We feel like making the punishment for human trafficking more serve by
making people who traffic adults for sex servitude face a class 1-2 Felony to make the
punishment more severe. Making human trafficking a class 1 felony would make it so people
who are “leaders” of human trafficking rings stay in prison and aren’t able to come out to start
another ring. This bill might lower trafficking rings.
Section 4: Appropriations – We will use Taxpayers money to make a specialized force to combat
human tracking. This will unfortunately increase income taxes by 2% but it’s for a good cause.
Section 5: Enactment – Upon signing this Act, we hope to enact it within the next 6-12 months to
give the special forces to be properly trained.
