An Act To: Help the Underage Victims of Human Trafficking

This newly proposed bill will help minors that have fallen victim to human trafficking.

This bill is to be passed to ensure that victims under the age of eighteen are fully taken care of and funded properly. This law will also provide programs such as foster care for minors in need of such provisions. This bill is to provide funding for recovered children that have fallen victim to human trafficking. Also, the bill should provide programs specifically geared towards providing aide to minors that are need of saving from their trafficker. Once the bill is passed companies should be created or partnered with to further help the search for children that are currently suffering being trafficked and to give guidance and council to those that have been found.

Funding should be based on the number of children that have contacted agencies to determine how money should be delegated to each child victim. For minors that have already been found, four thousand five hundred U.S. dollars should be provided monthly to ensure that they are receiving the help that they need. This number can be altered for special circumstances. Funding will be necessary for the creation of new programs or existing programs that will aid victims under the age of eighteen. The amount in total to ensure that all participants are paid fairly is, two billion U.S. dollars.

The agency responsible for the delegation of money should be the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice will partner with companies that are aiding the victims, all decisions for the delegation of funds will be put to vote by all parties’ chosen representatives.

This law will go into effect upon signing from the President of the United States of America.

There needs to be a change in the American school system that is more geared towards teaching toward strengths instead of tests. When taught to get a good score on a state test the enjoyment that students should have during school is taken away, along with their interest in school. If we can find a new, more individualistic learning program in schools, more focused on the children's interests than what a test can say about the student, then more students are more likely to enjoy being in school and pay attention.
