Human Dignity Protection Act

Human Trafficking is one of the largest international crimes committed every day. There are several thousand reported cases in a year.

To counteract the amount of international human trafficking rings coming in and out of this country, we will put up more security around our boarder. We will continue the wall that Donald J. Trump began. We will finish this wall till the end of the Mexican border. There will also be guard towers stationed within at least a mile of each other. There will be several guards that will rotate every hour on the hour. Each guard will be armed with at least one gun, a taser gun, and handcuffs. In order for these guards to be employed, they must have served at least five years in the military. Must be at least 25, be physically fit, emotionally well, and be able to continue on foot for long periods of time. There will be two designated spots for you to cross, but you will undergo extensive security. There will be metal detectors, bag searches, vehicle searches, pat downs, and medical examinations.

There will be no penalty for attempting to cross the boarder without proper identification. The guards will direct you back into the country from which you came. However, you would suffer a penalty if you chose to assault a guard. The sentence will be two years in prison and then you will be escorted back to your country of origin. The reason there would be no penalty for not having proper identification is because it might be possible to become lost or stranded. It wouldn’t always be your fault. If you are trying to cross the boarder with proper identification, and not crossing at the designated area, you will be arrested and will serve a two-year sentence in prison.

This bill will take effect on May 1st, 2024 after the signature of the US President, Joe Biden.
