Section 1: The Purpose of this bill is to create stability and peace throughout the Middle East
Section 2: To achieve peace the UN will agree to come together to supply Iran with the necessary resources to train and build a standing military plus a strong government. Each major country with veto power will be required to supply 15% of the total GDP while smaller countries will supply 5% of the total GDP. The U.S. will supply the bulk of the military materials required to form a functional military. The new Iranian government will be formed on a democratic foundation allowing the Iranian people to choose their leaders and have a say in their future.
Section 3: If Iran refuses to comply the U.N. will apply sanctions in the format of 0 trade and freezing of financial institutes. Further disregard for the act or attempts to overthrow it will be met with military action proved by all U.N. members. In case of military action refugee encampments will be put in place and supported by the U.S. until hostility ends. Any countries found to be supplying Iran will face the same functions.
Section 4: The total cost will be 3 trillion spread across the members of the U.N. The money will be held in a U.N. bank till it can be properly disbursed to the new Iranian Government.

Minimum wage has failed to keep up with inflation since the 1980s making it no longer a livable wage, with a raise of the federal minimum wage lower paying jobs would be filled and poverty would decrease overall helping America's economy
