The North Korean Better Help Bill
This bill will allow the escaped people of North Korea a haven to go if they are not able to make it to South Korea.
With this instated the boarders of America will be open to all escaped citizens of North Korea. These few will also be provided with housing, food and routine medical checkups for the first three months of their residency.
Any personnel who attempt to deny North Korean escapees will be suspended from their position and will be forced off the premises.
This will hopefully only cost 3 million at most to develop small housing. $1000 worth of food will also be provided to each person/family that comes to the states. With the medical expenses in mind the total cost of this would be 3.5 million, plus $1000 per escapee.
Upon signing by the President of the United States within 3 months this will be enacted.

As of right now our party does not believe that healthcare in America needs to change. While it would be beneficial to those on the receiving end, doctors, nurses and other medical workers would not receive proper commendations for their position. This would also lead to higher taxes to continue paying for proper medical supplies. We understand that this may not be convenient, but it is the best system we have as of this moment in time.
